THE SCB has today ordered the annulment of the Oxford Teams’ Promotion in accordance with SR 7.1.6.
Accordingly in the case of the Elite League Team, all Meetings contested by Oxford in Official Competitions must be expunged from the Records immediately.
Riders contracted to Oxford shall immediately revert to their 2006 CMA.
There shall be no change to the current Issues of GSA / CMA’s for the Elite League as from the issue of new CMA’s for all purposes that will be effective from 1st July 2007, those CMA’s will reflect the removal of all results involving Meetings with Oxford.
The SCB further instructs the BSPA to retain any monies that are received or would otherwise have been due to the Oxford Promotion until all debts due under these Regulations or Riders Agreements have been discharged, including any fines and / or penalties that may be imposed as a result of the withdrawal.
In respect of the Oxford Conference League, the SCB has accepted a request from the BSPA to defer action as there are a number of Parties interested in keeping the Conference League team in the 2007 League.
